- the product you receive is damaged or defective
- there is an error in your order

If any of the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date to make it right. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and applicable information and attach corresponding photos of the items. We will then follow up with next steps.
